Challenge
Pandia, a forward-thinking real estate management software company based in Finland, was developing a specialized ERP system tailored to the property sector.
While their internal software development team focused on delivering new features, they needed support to tackle technical debt to make future development less complex and costly. They also needed to implement ISO 27001 security standards and address vulnerabilities in their software supply chain.
Solution
We helped Pandia assemble a team of full-stack developers dedicated to address these critical technical challenges, freeing up their in-house team to focus on core product development and business objectives.
Working as part of their existing team, we brought deep expertise to modernize and future-proof their technology stack, which is based on React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Through close collaboration, we helped ensure the system was scalable, secure, and equipped to support both current operations and future growth.
