Our client, a global leader in last-mile deliveries using autonomous robots, is pioneering the future of logistics.
As they work to revolutionize the industry and introduce innovative services, they face unique challenges – from developing cutting-edge AI-driven navigation to addressing complex operational edge cases and ensuring the business can scale efficiently.
Solution
By leveraging our technical expertise, we helped our client succeed. We developed user-friendly operational front-end applications that addressed key challenges – including training new staff in rapidly growing markets and creating realistic simulations of real-world scenarios.
The goal was to ensure seamless end-customer experiences even in the most challenging navigation situations.
In practice, this involved building two interconnected applications: an admin tool for designing realistic simulations of challenging situations – such as robots getting stuck or requiring human assistance – and a training application where operators practice resolving these scenarios and making critical decisions.
Results
Both applications were delivered successfully and received positive feedback from users. Since then, our client’s business has grown significantly, achieving millions of successful deliveries while continuously refining its services through real-world learning.
